Session 1: Getting Started (55 minutes)
In this first session, we’ll begin by getting to know you and your goals. You’ll complete intake forms and ADHD-specific questionnaires before we meet. During our time together, we’ll:
- Talk about the challenges you’re facing, like forgetting appointments, losing track of time, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday tasks
- Explore how things like focus, organization, impulsivity, and emotional regulation show up in your life (e.g., starting lots of projects but struggling to finish them)
- Look at other factors that might be contributing, such as anxiety, depression, or past trauma
- Begin gathering information about your developmental history (e.g., what school was like for you, how you managed routines as a child)
- Identify anyone who might help us understand your experiences better (like a partner, parent, or close friend)
Session 2: Deep Dive (2 hours)
This session is where we go deeper. I’ll guide you through a structured clinical interview that helps us understand your history and current experiences in more detail. We’ll:
- Explore your developmental background, like whether you had trouble sitting still, staying organized, or following instructions as a child
- Review any input from someone who knows you well (if available), which can help us see patterns across time
- Look at how your symptoms affect different areas of your life, like struggling to meet deadlines at work, forgetting important conversations, or feeling scattered in relationships
Session 3: Feedback & Next Steps (55 minutes)
In our final session, we’ll sit down together to go over everything. I’ll walk you through your results in a clear and compassionate way. We’ll:
- Talk about what the diagnosis means for you, whether it brings relief, clarity, or new questions
- Explore treatment options, including non-medication strategies like coaching, therapy, or executive functioning tools
- Go over personalized recommendations, like apps for time management, sensory supports, or workplace accommodations
- Provide documentation you can use for accommodations or services
- Discuss next steps and how to move forward with confidence
- You’ll also receive a full written report via secure email, summarizing your evaluation results, diagnostic impressions (if applicable), and tailored recommendations
Fees
The total cost of the evaluation is $2,000, divided across three sessions: $500 for session one, $1000 for session two, and $500 for session three. Payments are processed securely through a client portal using a credit card or HSA/FSA card.
