Adult Autism & ADHD Evaluations
I provide neuroaffirming evaluations for adults that respect your lived experience and offer clarity without judgment. My approach is designed for individuals with high-masking presentations and nuanced profiles. Every evaluation includes a detailed diagnostic report and supportive documentation.
Autism Evaluation Only
Total Cost: $2,100
Session Breakdown:
Session 1: Diagnostic Assessment & Differential Measures (1 Hour)
We use standardized tools to explore your neurodivergent traits, strengths, and challenges. I also include measures to identify or rule out co-occurring conditions (e.g., ADHD, OCD, BPD, MDD, SAD) for an accurate diagnostic picture. I stay online with you for the full hour to answer questions and provide support. Some questions may feel unfamiliar and that’s okay. You can ask as many questions as you like or none at all.
Session 2: Comprehensive Clinical Intake Interview (2 Hours)
We take an in-depth look at your developmental history, lived experiences, sensory profile, mental health, masking patterns, and identity. This helps me understand your unique context and how these factors shape your neurodivergent profile.
Session 3: Feedback & Report Delivery (1 Hour)
I review the findings with you, explain diagnostic impressions, and share personalized recommendations. You’ll receive a comprehensive report with detailed insights and next steps.
Optional Collateral Interviews
Collateral interviews with family, partners, or trusted friends are included but completely optional. Your evaluation is valid and complete whether or not you choose to include them. If you do, these conversations can provide helpful context about your history and experiences.

Session Breakdown:

We explore attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and lived experiences. Includes the FDA-approved QbCheck, which measures attention, impulsivity, and activity levels.
Session 2: Feedback & Report Delivery (1 Hour)
I review findings, explain diagnostic impressions, and share tailored recommendations. You’ll receive a comprehensive report with next steps.

Combined Autism + ADHD Evaluation
Total Cost: $3,200
Session 1: Integrated Diagnostic Assessment (1 Hour)
Includes autism and ADHD-specific assessments, plus QbCheck. Differential measures clarify whether autism, ADHD, or AuDHD is present.
Session 2: Comprehensive Clinical Intake Interview (2 Hours)
We explore developmental history, lived experiences, sensory profile, mental health, masking patterns, executive functioning, attention, emotional regulation, and identity.
Session 3: Extended ADHD Clinical Intake Interview (1 Hour)
Focuses on ADHD-specific domains: attention regulation, impulsivity, hyperactivity, executive functioning challenges, and real-world impact.
Session 4: Feedback & Report Delivery (1 Hour)
I review integrated findings, explain diagnostic impressions, and share personalized recommendations. You’ll receive a comprehensive report addressing both autism and ADHD.
